• Using the free shipping method, The Original Monke can be expected at your doorstep or local pickup shop between 3-8 business days after placing the orders.

• Due to contrary beliefs, we have received much backlash for "dropshipping." We are delighted to tell you that we do not associate with dropshipping. We have a contract deal with ShipMonk USA, a warehouse located in California. - Yes, we have had a lot of significant delays, and we are sorry. These delays were purely based on inexperience and putting something up for sale before even having it on hand. We've learned a lot these last 3-4 months. We have fought many fights, negotiated, and learned much about E-commerce and caring for our customers. However, this is officially over. No more long delivery times, no more not answering customers' emails. We have surpassed that and are ready to take the next step.
