Refunds are eligible 30 days after receiving your package. Package must be left unopened and sent back undamaged nor be tampered with. Warehouse will do a full inspection on the sent back product upon arrival. 

Please be advised that the Monke cannot be held solely by the feet, thrown onto pointy and/or sharp objects. Extreme use of the Monke can result in leakage which will not be covered by us. Please use your Monke with consideration and use common sense when using it.
